FAQs

Are classes open to everyone?

Dreamworks Dance Studio is open to all who are interested in dance regardless of age, background, as well as skill level. It is our hope that we can provide a class that is best catered to you.

What genres do our teachers teach?

Dreamworks Dance Studio offers a variety of different classes ranging from K-pop to Traditional Folk Dance. Though we are called a dance studio, our aim is to not only provide dance classes that aim for the stage but also include classes that are beneficial to the body and mind such as Yoga or Martial Arts (to be added in future).

What do I need to bring?

We recommend bringing your own water bottle. Water is available at reception as well as drinks and snacks for purchase at reception (NO DRINKS AND FOOD in the classrooms). Wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable to move around in as well as any other genre specific protective gear you feel necessary. Lockers are unavailable so we do not recommend bringing any valuables to the classroom, storage for bags and shoes are available inside the classroom.

How do I take a class?

It is as simple as creating an account, topping up the amount you prefer, booking in a class, and showing up at the studio. Our classes all run at $24 per hour so there is no need to worry about floating costs or varying costs between different styles. Please note that all students aged 15 and under will be required to submit a parental consent form during registration.

Do we film our classes?

To help with improvement, we may film a final video of each class that may be sent to you or your fellow students. If you are uncomfortable with being filmed and do not wish to participate, please do not hesitate to speak with your teacher prior to the filming process.
